Shipping policy

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. During busy periods, fulfilment may take up to 5 business days.

 

Please ensure your delivery address and contact email are correct so we can reach you if any issues arise with your consignment.



AUSTRALIA SHIPPING FEES
Our standard Australia Post shipping cost is weight based. We offer a $13.95 FLAT RATE Australia Post Standard shipping on orders up-to 0.5kg.

We offer Express Post via Australia Post starting from $19.95.

Australia Post Standard delivery time is 3-8 Business days (up to 14 business days for Western Australia and Tasmania). If your order is urgent, please consider using the Express Post option.

DELIVERY FAILURES
If the delivery is unsuccessful (e.g. driver cannot access your property or contact you due to incorrect details), your order will be returned to us. The cost of this return (starting from $13.95 for Australia) and a 25% restocking fee will be debited from your refund.


If you would like your order resent, a redelivery fee will be required. The 25% restocking fee does not apply on reshipped orders.

GOODS MISSING IN TRANSIT

If an order is not received within the advised delivery period, contact us within 45 days from the date of order so we can follow up with the courier.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions on how to lodge a transit damage claim.

SHIPPING WITH PROTECTION
We offer Australia Post Extra Cover for standard delivery for a nominal fee that covers packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
