How to use:
Dip the brush end into your brow product and fill in your brows. We recommend using Creamades Brow Pomade to fill in the brows for a water-proof, smudge-free, and pigmented result. Use the spoolie end to brush the brow product evenly through the brows.
Did not do anything, was expecting it to tone down the red in my hair, tried different strengths of product still nothing changed. Not recommended as a toner.
